Arch Cardinal Ilimitar

Leader of The Unitary Church in Neiaramia. Ilimitar is a bald 60 yo Elf man who is plump and wear ornate white flowing church robes. As the head of the church he has much power in the city and Osmary as a whole. He was sent a letter by a Captain Ebisu, asking to go on a expitition into The Fog of the Lich. He lets him and his "friend" go with The Saints Guard after learning of Captain Ebisus nature.
